🎥 Project Overview:
This animation showcases a fully automated grid cleaning system designed for laser cutting environments. Using AI-based image processing, the system detects slag buildup and initiates autonomous cleaning of the slats—reducing downtime and ensuring consistent cutting quality. A visual interface confirms system status and alerts the operator if needed.
🛠️ Our Role:
We combined 2D motion graphics with an externally developed 3D sequence to clearly explain the cleaning unit’s functionality. The animation visualizes dirt detection, brush mechanism, and AI-supported process logic, translating technical mechanics into intuitive visuals. We handled all aspects of creative direction, visual consistency, and integration with the 3D team’s assets.

The video was used to demonstrate smart factory automation at trade fairs and digital sales presentations, highlighting reduced manual maintenance and optimized cutting uptime.
